Sign-ups close 3 hours before class begins. You can change or cancel an existing reservation up to 8 hours prior to the start of the class without penalty. If you cancel less than 8 hours prior to the start of class, you will be charged the full price of the class. No shows will also be charged the full price of the class. Appointments can be managed via your confirmation email.

Run Fundamentals is a program that focuses on everything runners should be doing to enhance their sport, but rarely make time for. Runners tend to be reactive when it comes to taking care of themselves, often focusing on rehab and injury prevention only after an injury has occurred. This class aims to fix that by building strength, resiliency, balance, and flexibility, targeting the weak/tight areas to improve performance.

We’ll build knowledge, improve form and develop athletic qualities that will translate beyond the gym. This class focuses on sharpening kettlebell techniques to get the most potential out of the tool.
